We invite individuals and organizations to introduce potential clients to Cubet's innovative technology solutions. Referral partners are rewarded for successfully connecting businesses with our services, driving mutual growth and success. Our carefully curated program streamlines the presales process, maximizing the potential for fruitful collaborations.

Who Can Refer?

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to All: Anyone can join our referral program, but if you work for the company being recommended, you cannot participate.
• Referrer Status: Whether you are a Cubet customer or not, you are eligible to refer new businesses and earn rewards.

How to Refer?

Submission of Referral:

• Referral Form: Complete the referral form available on the Cubet website. The form requires details such as the name, contact information of the referred business, and your relationship with them (customer or non-customer).
• Anonymous Option: You have the option to remain anonymous. Choose "Hide my identity" to keep your details confidential.

Referral Tracking:

• Referral Code: Upon submitting a referral, you’ll receive a unique referral code via email. This code helps you track the progress and status of your referral through your personal dashboard.

Rewards for Referring:

For Referrers:

• Cubet Customers: Earn up to 7% of the new business invoices as referral rewards for the first 12 months.
• Cubet Non-Customers: Earn up to 4% of the new business invoices as referral rewards for the first 12 months.
• Redemption Options: Use your referral rewards as discounts on future invoices or redeem them for cash.

For Referee:

• Discount on First Invoice: The referred business enjoys a 10% discount on their first invoice, facilitating a smoother and more beneficial start to our partnership.

Referral Management and Rewards Distribution:

Tracking and Notifications:

• Dashboard Access: Monitor your referrals and manage your rewards through the Cubet Connections Dashboard.
• Automated Emails: Receive automatic email notifications about the status of your referrals. You can opt to not send email notifications to the referee or choose to send emails without revealing your identity.

Reward Distribution:

• Timely Payouts: Referral bonuses are disbursed within 3 days following the payment of a new invoice by the referred business.

General Terms and Conditions

Relationship of Parties

As the Referrer, you are an independent contractor and have no authority to act for or on behalf of Cubet. This Agreement and your participation in this Program do not create or imply any kind of partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and Cubet. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of Cubet.

Intellectual Property Rights

As the Referrer, you do not acquire any intellectual property rights under this Program except for the limited rights necessary to carry out the purposes of the Program.

You agree that no license is granted under this Program to use or access any of Cubet’s services, products, proprietary technologies, or any information or other content provided thereby. You neither own nor acquire any rights in or to these services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create, including articles, emails, ads, and other materials, complies with all applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. Cubet will not be responsible if you use another party's copyrighted or trademarked material in violation of the law.

Term of the Agreement and Termination

This Agreement will come into effect upon your acceptance into the Program and will remain in effect until terminated by either party.

You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by sending a written request to hello@cubettech.com.

Cubet may modify, add, or delete terms of the Program and this Agreement at its discretion and will make such changes available in writing on its website.

Your continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute your consent to such changes. Opting out of the Program may result in the loss of all accumulated earnings. If you opt out and later rejoin the Program, you may be treated as a new Referrer.

Cubet may suspend or terminate this Agreement/Program or your participation at any time at its sole discretion. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using, and remove from your site, all links to the Cubet website and all images and other materials provided under the Program.

The validity of your service as a Referrer will be a period of 12 months by default after a successful referral.

Tax Status and Obligation

You are responsible for independently assessing and complying with all relevant tax and legal requirements. You are solely responsible for your own sales tax collection, reporting, and any other obligations arising from the referral income.

Notice

All notices, approvals, consents, and other communications required or permitted under this Agreement will be invalid unless made in writing.

All notices given by you to Cubet must be sent to hello@cubettech.com.

Cubet may send notices to you at the email address provided when signing up for the Program or by posting on the Cubet website. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or published on the website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and the competent courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
