Our AI-based chatbot uses NLP to understand and respond to user queries in a natural and intuitive way. The embedded dataset can be managed using the admin panel, and specialized bots can be built for different categories. We use a custom NLP framework that is open-source and flexible. This allows us to improve our system's proficiency in comprehending and handling natural language queries. The prompts are processed by the AI core, where keywords are identified and general words are replaced with specific keywords. The response is then paraphrased using ChatGPT, and the final response is displayed to the user.

In addition to the general chatbot, we also have a document-based training and search module, as well as an AI query module. The bot is automatically trained in these modules, making it ready for conversations.

 

Document-based Training and Search: 

Our AI chatbot solution can be trained on a document-based dataset. When a user interacts with the chatbot, their conversations are logged and can be approved by an admin to act as training data. This means that the model is continuously trained on new data. You can upload documents (PDF or Word) to the chatbot, and it will use these documents to answer your queries. Multiple documents can be uploaded, and the chatbot will draw the best answer from all of them. Report-based documents are also acceptable. This way, you can train a chatbot with a large data volume in minutes.

  • AI Query Building:  AI query building automates the creation of SQL queries by utilizing user prompts for interaction with a database. With advancements in artificial intelligence and natural language processing, AI systems can understand and interpret user inputs effectively. The system will offer the option to establish a database connection. Users can select the desired database as the default search medium from the admin panel. When prompted, the system will generate the desired query, connect to the database and returns the response by executing the query. This query generation API can be utilized by any Data Analytics system to retrieve data based on conversational sentences. If the requested data is unavailable, an appropriate message will be displayed. By doing so, the chatbot can be trained automatically to retrieve data from a large dataset available in enterprise applications.

PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, and Oracle support are available now.

  • Temperature settings: We have Implemented a temperature settings mechanism in our AI chatbot backend to control the level of paraphrasing and global search. The temperature parameter determines the randomness of the responses generated by the chatbot and makes the conversation most engaging and humane.
