A Project management tool with process integration and consultancy facilitation.
The client is a German technology consultancy group who focus on corporate software consultancy and outsourcing streamlining process.
The client’s requirement was to develop a web application system where all the process of projects management can be organised. They wanted the entire business model to be automated in the software from onboarding the project to assigning it to a vendor and tracking the status of the progress. The software should act as a project onboarding tool, project tracking tool and a project management tool. The software acts as an interface between the project owner and the consultant and again the vendor.
Understanding the client’s requirements, we developed a web application for the client, a project management tool with specific business features. Using this project management tool users/clients can post their specific project requirements on the platform. The tailor-made algorithm does the analysis of the requirement and accordingly passes it to the available and eligible consultant. The app algorithm runs twice in the whole process depending on the modification of the requirement from the developer, and then assign it to the qualified consultant for the project to be started. The frontend system was developed using Angular and for the backend system, NodeJS technology was used.
